One of my favorite books, I took with me from Germany. Nea Machina is a book project of Thomas and Martin Poschauko published with the Verlag Hermann Schmidt Mainz. In this book, the authors are researching about how to work creatively, what creativity means, and the different ways how to approach a project in different varieties and how to reflect your own creativity. In various examples, Thomas and Martin Poschauko showcase different styles and techniques in Design and Art. The beautifully illustrated essays about creativity in between the showcased work are fun to read!
I do recommend this book because it helps you to rethink your creative working process and it invites to experiment different ways of creative working. During my studies, I always had this book nearby when starting a new project. It's a great resource of ideas, and it helped me to rethink my timeline, my material, and tools.
